OMNITREND update Version 2.46

The update patch contains

  • no device drivers,
  • no event lists,
  • no bearing catalog

The corresponding files have to be downloaded separately and installed when required.

Notes

The Update patch to version 1.50 is required for OMNITREND versions < 1.50:

  • If the version < 1.50, you must first update to version 1.50 and then start OMNITREND in order to convert the database.
    Then, you can update to the latest version.
  • If the version >= 1.50, you can update directly to the latest version.

The Device driver files (*.omt) are required for registration of the following device types: VIBROTIP, VIBSCANNER, VIBXPERT, VIBRONET Signalmaster, VIBROWEB,...

The Bearing catalog contains bearing data (SKF, FAG, INA,...) for OMNITREND.

The event lists contain MIMOSA- & PRÜFTECHNIK event files for OMNITREND.

How to install the files
Software (EXE file) :	
Start the EXE-file from a temporary folder (e.g. c:/temp). 

ZIP files:
- Extract the ZIP file into a temporary folder (e.g. C:/temp).
- Copy the extracted file(s) into the OMNITREND installation folder.
- Start OMNITREND, and select ... 
  ... <Options>/ <Registration>.../ <Add (new) demo version> to add a new device driver.
  ... <Tools>/ <Event Editor>/ <Import> to import event lists.
  ... <Tools>/ <Frequency Markers>/ <Roller bearing>/ <Import> to import the bearing catalog.
Please reboot the PC after installation.
