Noise is dangerous and can lead to irreversible hearing loss. Legislation requires manufacturers of machines and systems to provide information on noise emissions and to specify the emissions values in the operating manual and sales documentation.

Typical questions asked regarding this issue are:

• What noise levels are present in my system and what causes them?
• Is the machine still in line with state-of-the-art technology?
• What are suitable active and passive noise reduction measures?

Answers and solutions to these questions can be provided by the PRÜFTECHNIK Service & Diagnostic Center during an independent acoustic consultation. In addition to acceptance measurements, additional diagnoses can be employed to identify and recommend suitable measures for noise reduction.
