NOVAFLUX is used for the highly sensitive inspection of black and bright metal bars and seamless tubes. Longitudinal defects of a depth greater than 0.1 mm can be found.
NOVAFLUX is able to handle high production speeds of up to 3 m/s. The system is operated on a userfriendly touchscreen. A detailed report of the test results permits further processing of defective yet repairable bars and thus increases the yield. With its cost effective price, this investment will pay off quickly. NOVAFLUX can be operated together with sensor systems of other vendors.
