KURSINHALT

  • Understand why improvement is desired – introduction, understanding benefits, how do we make the change?

  • Understand why “failure” occurs – understand what is “failure”

  • Understand what we can all do about it – the “defect elimination” concept, the “asset reliability strategy”, work management, spares management, precision and proactive work, condition monitoring, breaking out of reactive maintenance, and continuous improvement

KURSZIELE

Category I (Advocate) training and certification ensures that people working in management, engineering, operations/production, and maintenance, at all levels, will be on-board with the philosophy of reliability improvement. Everyone will be on the same page, pulling in the same direction. Training will demystify the process and encourage their contribution, and the certification will recognize their knowledge and reward their effort.
