The OMNITREND Dashboard is our service portal that allows you to view all of the data we have prepared at a glance and, most importantly, understand it. This is where complex measuring procedures and large data volumes are interpreted and reproduced graphically in a straightforward manner.
The cloud-based OMNITREND Dashboard can be accessed from anywhere in the world via an Internet connection. All of our PRUFTECHNIK servers needed for this are located in Germany and are therefore especially secure!
The overall status of all the machines being monitored is shown following login. The user navigates through his machinery in just a few clicks and, in doing so, can view every single machine one at a time – until reaching the deep-set “problem level”. This creates significant transparency in relation to system monitoring. The machine owner, manager or even the Service team obtain fault analyses by means of reports. This shows if there are any critical parts that could potentially be defective.
These reports can be directly commented upon. If the fault has been rectified, the ticket can be closed and the asset status can be reset to “green”. The Dashboard user can also access other different technical graphics, documents and detailed monthly, quarterly and yearly reports.
