Ismaning, November 2019 – As a specialist in precision instruments for condition monitoring, PRUFTECHNIK is expanding its product range with a selection of products from its new American parent company Fluke. This assortment perfectly complements PRUFTECHNIK’s offering by introducing devices for simple and effective machine monitoring applications.

The vibration monitoring product range is completed by five Fluke products, for which PRUFTECHNIK is already providing technical support to its customers.

Fluke 805 FC:
The Fluke 805 FC vibration meter is a tool that allows you to quickly and easily determine the vibrations of machines and bearings. An app allows you to retrieve the measured data from the Cloud. The Fluke Connect app allows for quick and easy use on your phone, tablet or PC.

Fluke 810 FC:
On-site vibration analysis at a glance: The Fluke 810 vibration measuring instrument reliably detects machine errors and evaluates their significance. Spectrograms and detailed diagnostic reports help to refine measurements and correctly locate the cause of the error. With a triaxial vibration sensor, vibration data is measured in three different axes at once.

Fluke 820-2:
The Fluke 820-2 is a LED stroboscope for RPM determination and inspections. With 30 to 300,000 flashes/minute, it can capture any speed of rotating machinery. No physical contact is required between the stroboscope and the rotating surface. No reflective tape or existing markings (e.g. groove, screw, balance weight, etc.) are required.

Fluke 3540 FC Current Monitoring:
The Fluke 3540 FC three-phase current monitoring device measures current (A), voltage (V), power (W), frequency (Hz), apparent power (VA), reactive power (var), power factor (PP) and total harmonic distortion/THD (%) as a mobile or stationary unit. If the values are above or below the limit value, the system triggers an alarm in real time (with push notification on mobile devices).

Fluke 3561 FC:
The Fluke 3561 FC is a wireless (Bluetooth) vibration sensor for monitoring machine vibrations and surface temperatures. This gives you a clear, overall view of the machine’s condition: what is the condition of the bearings? Are there any alignment errors? Are the screws or bolts loose? Are there any imbalances?
