Fluke Networks LinkIQ™ Duo Discount Promotion

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Discount Promotion Description

Eligible customers who participate in this Discount Promotion during the Discount Promotion Period (as defined in Section 3) and meet all the requirements as set forth in these terms and conditions of the Discount Promotion are eligible to receive an annual discount as further described below.

Under the Discount Promotion, eligible customers of Fluke Electronics Corporation, including Fluke Networks, Fluke Calibration, Fluke Process Instruments, Amprobe, Pomona Electronics and Pacific Laser Systems in the United States (Sponsor) who purchase “Qualifying Fluke Electronics Corporation Products” from Sponsor during the Discount Promotion will receive a 15% discount as detailed below.

For purposes of this Discount Promotion, the term “Qualifying Fluke Products” mean only the Fluke brand items listed in the chart below:

2. Eligibility

For purposes of the Discount Promotion, a customer must be at least 18 years of age, a resident of the 50 United States or District of Columbia (excluding Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and all other U.S. territories and possessions).

Only customers that are end-users and use the “Qualifying Fluke Products” for their own purposes are eligible to participate in the Discount Promotion. Distributors, resellers, and similar parties are expressly excluded.

Employees, directors and officers of the Sponsor and related parties, as well as government employees and competitors, are not eligible to participate.

3. Discount Promotion Period

To qualify, customers must purchase “Qualifying Fluke Products” and apply for their discount between 12:00 AM PT June 16, 2025, and 11:59 PM PT July 25, 2025 (Discount Promotion Period).

Pacific Time shall govern timing.

4. Instructions on How to Participate in the Discount Promotion

To receive a discount, customers must follow the process below during the Discount Promotion Period.

Use coupon code FLUKE-15-LIQDUO during checkout on Fluke.com to receive the discount.

5. Restrictions and Limitations of the Discount Promotion

The Discount Promotion is void where prohibited and not valid in U.S. territories or internationally.

Only products listed as “Qualifying Fluke Products” are eligible.

The discount cannot be combined with other promotions or offers.

The discount cannot be exchanged for other products, services, cash, or credit.

Customers must comply with their company’s gift and promotion policies.

6. Disclaimer

Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) communication issues; (b) technical failures; (c) disruption from outside events or unauthorized intervention; or (d) typographical errors.

7. Limitation of Liability

Participants release Released Parties from liability related to the Discount Promotion including technical issues, lost or delayed submissions, tax liability, or use/misuse of products.

8. Miscellaneous

This Discount Promotion is governed by Washington State law. Disputes must be filed in courts located in Washington.

If any part of the terms is invalidated, the rest remains enforceable. Sponsor decisions are final.

Sponsor may amend or cancel the promotion at its discretion.

These terms constitute the full agreement. Inconsistencies will defer to these terms. Participation rights are non-transferable.

Violators or those acting unfairly may be disqualified at Sponsor’s discretion.
