When an electric motor is sent out for repair, whether it be to replace the bearings, shaft, windings or a total overhaul, the motor is then put on a stand and tested for acceptable vibration levels. Acceptable levels are influenced by speed, foundation type, and sometimes even customer requirements.

During this webinar, Dries Van Loon of PRUFTECHNIK will discuss some of the challenges that may occur during acceptance testing. Then will present a custom solution that has been developed using continuous monitoring hardware and an easy-to-use dashboard for quick testing and reporting. It enables testing to be straightforward enough to be performed by anyone.
