The balance after one year

At the end of the 2016, the new office in Voerde (North-Rhine Westphalia) was handed over to PRUFTECHNIK. Since then, three employees have been working to manage and acquire service orders in the areas of machine alignment (especially PARALIGN) and Condition Monitoring. Within the first 365 days, the West Service-Team has been very successful and took on over 70 service orders.

Formally, the PRUFTECHNIK West Service Center is part of the company owned customer-service “TechSupport”, which advises new and existing customers and handles orders independently. The Ruhr area is still one of Europe’s industrial centers. For this reason, it is only logical for PRUFTECHNIK to have its own service office there, in order to spare customers long travels and hotel costs. Therefore, smaller orders for machine and plant-maintenance can be taken over since the start of 2017.

PRUFTECHNIK not only offers professional service through its highly trained staff, but also first-class premium work tools and equipment for machine alignment and condition monitoring. In the field of roller alignment, PRUFTECHNIK is a lonely leader thanks to its unique, patented PARALIGN technology. At the same time, this sector makes up a good two thirds of all services used.

With the new West Service Office in Voerde, PRUFTECHNIK can now also offer training (including ISO-CAT I & II) in its own rooms. The first customers for regular training have already registered.
